Hi everyone, my name is Lida, and I’m the creator and owner of Even If.

 

I started this brand because I know what it feels like to struggle—to feel like you’re not enough, or like no one sees what you’re carrying. I created Even If for people who just need one more reason to stay, one more word of affirmation—especially for men who are often told to stay silent about their pain.

 

In 2021, my cousin Christian was 28 when he took his life. He was so loved and our family hasn’t been the same since. His loss changed everything for me.

 

I’ve struggled too. I’ve had my own attempts and I realized—someone has to speak up. Someone has to remind people: even if it’s hard, even if it feels hopeless, even if you don’t see the light yet—you still matter.

 

This brand isn’t just clothing. It’s a message. It’s a reminder you can wear. It’s for anyone who’s ever felt broken, forgotten, or not enough. You are seen. You are loved. You are not alone.

 

My mission is to start real conversations about mental health—to make it normal to ask for help and to remind people that their life has value. A portion of every drop goes toward mental health awareness and resources, because words matter, but so does action. My goal is to one day open a mens mental health foundation, where they can go to get help without judgment.
